Well I haven't done that much but the two Kotori H scenes I've seen are absolutely fine.

Well American's are also lazy so I don't think they will take the time or effort to do that.

In terms of pricing yes, it has more content than most MangaGamer titles. However people will still feel entitled to having more if they know there is more to have, even if they don't necessarily need or want it. It's the American way.

So H scenes are the heart and soul of a visual novel? All joking aside I'm also in the boat of not buying it due to content being missing.
