I finished Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru last night, pretty much the best VN ive ever read. It was so fantastic, just about everything about it was perfect. It is now my #1 favorite VN, putting Utawarerumono at #2.

In Heaven's feel, it's been stated/implied that Shirou will get fucked up when he tries to project Excalibur.

 

However, Ilya (in Archer form) manages to project the weapon and fight Saber Alter with it, without dying when she was supposed to be killed (yes, I did that).

 

 

 

Another thing is Ilya winning against Saber Alter by clashing Excalibur Morgan against Excalibur Image. BUT

 

Yet Ilya manages to win without using it in Broken Phantasm mode. What the hell Type-Moon?

[spoiler=UBW Fate] To be fair Shirou was also able to beat Gilgamesh when he only used projectile weapons against him. Though gilgamesh was confused and not the real wielder of the weapons he was able to trade with each one. [spoiler=HF] Also I am pretty sure when Shirou creates 9 lives he would just die because he cannot control that much magic throughout his whole body.

I definitely wasn't expecting a million billion things to happen during this episode. I was extremely confused. Did not think this season would start with that much explaining and thought I missed more than a few OVA's with all of that info. Seemed like a different anime with all of that going on in one episode.
