After you downloaded all the parts, try extracting it on your desktop instead of the D drive and see if that makes a difference.

when i try to extract the files of the foulder image.pk2 appears an error, i can't explain very well because my english is poor

the error is : D:\Kikokugai\cg\20-FRF"F|[FU[.png Failed to WriteB

(the F is not exactly an F, is just an alt code)
