What do you mean by new? Recent? And harem or no harem anime? Just throwing out high school anime: Azumanga Daioh: Very cute series with almost entirely female cast, no romance, humor that can be appreciated even by a Westerner and some heartwarming moments. Cromartie High School: Absolutely insane, still funny. Ouran High School Host Club: Generally good writing with funny scenes and a likable lead character. Unfortunately it's one of the many 'rich weird hot boys around average intelligent girl' so it might just not appeal and it follows cliches. Were it made later I'd say it has too many cliches, but because it was made years ago I'd say instead that series like this are what made those cliches popular in the first place (sort of like Ranma 1/2 and tsunderes). Ookami-san: A bit strange but generally interesting, humorous, has some real drama and tension and a romance that doesn't overpower the plot.

Very depressing. The route where they forever separate? That's the good end. Currently playing Taimanin Asagi. Unfortunately for some reason the game sort of flickers (that's the only way to describe it) whenever I try to fast-forward the text, meaning that it goes about as fast as if I were just clicking with the mouse.

Generally I download and if it's worth watching I try to buy it when it comes out in the West.

I wasn't quite sure if this was the place to ask but since just asking about an update doesn't seem worth it's own thread I decided to just put it here. On the site's download page for Prison Battleship someone called Antonaqua has claimed that Sanity's End released the patch for Prison Battleship 2. I hadn't heard of anything about that and a brief check of various sites shows nothing. Is there any way to find out if they were mistaken and actually meant the 45% finished patch?
