    Come See Me Tonight -- A small error?

    I've been buzzing around old eroge lately, and this title caught my interest.

     

    However, when I try to boot it up....

    'The procedure entry point OpenVxDHandle could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll'.

     

    I try to install it, and I get 'failed to copy file', even when I run as administrator as the comments on the original ErogeDownload post suggested.

     

    So therefore, I can't play :/

     

    Can someone help me out with this? This game looks really good, and it's really annoying that it doesn't want to work for me....

    My absolute favorite is Touhou, mostly because it's been a huuuuuuuuge part of my life, and I love the characters.

     

    My second favorite is Rune Factory/Harvest Moon -- somewhat due to the dating sim mechanics in the games, plus, they're just relaxing =.=

    What Eroge Game you want to turn into Anime?

    Yume Miru Kusuri ~ A drug that makes you dream - A great choice for a dramatic anime. Beautiful storyline, beautiful characters, beautiful plot....the problem is that they'd have to go with the Nekoko route to have the title mean anything instead of the Aeka route which would be a lot more interesting IMO.

    Kira Kira - A good competition for K-On! It'd probably be a lot better, too ^^;;

    My Girlfriend is the President - A really good otaku comedy, probably more-or-less a good successor to Lucky Star and shows of that same domain. Probably is one of the rare shows that could get by without following any route at all -- though if they had to follow one, I'd pick the Puchin route....

    Family Project - A good romantic comedy/drama anime. Plus, I'd like to hear more Wakamoto. Because Wakamoto is near god-level.

    There are probably a lot more, but this is what I can think of at the moment. :p

    Last eroge I finished was Katawa Shoujo.

     

    Let me be the first to say that Emi is my waifu and no one else can have her because she's mine so there nyeh. That was my favorite route -- some of the characters annoyed me (Shizune honest-to-god pisses me off more often than not) but most of the characters were truly and definitely solid, and this is one I'd recommend.

     

    The biggest flaw point however is that some of the routes were a bit weak and predictable (Shizune, even Emi after a while got a bit predictable), but it's realistically portrayed enough so that you can't really mind these things. Overall, however, it's one of the best eroge I've played. T'was truly a treat.
