Koyuki route is in S not A, and is one of the last story focused routes in it. Pun-Kun said he would finish the story routes eventually. Takae route also, which is VERY short. Heard he got a job right after he started Koyuki, so that's why the progress is slow, but at least it's there.
Also S is like near 75% translated, considering whats left after Koyuki and Takae are multiple joke routes / short H-afters for the original games routes. Remember, Tsubame route was the longest of the game, so that should give an idea about everything else.
A isn't being translated by Wairu, SayakaTL has been doing it, he just gives Wairu updates. He's in school still from what I remember and was going on a short trip to Japan this year. Reasonable with exams + all, that Benkei would be slow. It's also the longest route in A-1 I believe. (Similar in size to Momoyo from the original) (AzumiTL was doing Azumi, but I don't think he's sent an update in a long time)
Only disappointing thing is more people haven't offered to pick up routes. Wairu always offered to help get people started.
