Actually in Reddit one of the staffs (I assume) did say that it was delayed until December, and the reason is because they need to finished up two digital novels that was created as the result of the engine problem that would take even more time to work on. Said digital novels here actually are the unlockable side stories in White Album 2, and the problem is that the engine for side stories only programmed the exact number of characters for Japanese letter so it's inevitable that it would be a problem if one insert the translation directly in the game.
