I've been wondering for awhile, but is there anyway of putting the minimum OS system requirement for each game post on the tags? Like since people have different Operating systems on their computer, by having it tagged (like since I have Win XP) people will be able to see if their computers can run the game so no one would download a game only to find out it doesn't run on their system. Granted a number of games can be googled to see what their system requirements are but there are a number of games you cant find the sys requirements for. And besides, I know there'll be a number of people too lazy to go and find them. lol

Hmm, I haven't but will changing the drives actually do anything? Well, I know some files/games won't work unless moved to the program files so I guess it's worth an attempt in any case.

From reading the comments on the games page Majikoi S | Eroge Download It seemed to me it was a common problem. Plus, a screen shot wouldn't help in the slighest considering the only thing it said in a human language would be 'config.html' and it happened after choosing the installation location. While this isn't my ss, it's the similar problem I'm having. http://imgur.com/Jm86G0s.jpg This would be the error. I saw different ways of helping to get passed this issue like doing the directx install and then do the set up (despite already having the latest directx my OS can have) but that didn't help. There was also the downloading of the crack but I assume that's only to start the game and when you have it already installed, so that wont do. And considering all the VNs i've played, I have the location set to japan (though I'm unable to select the other option in regional/languages due to this not being a legit windows). I also should note that I have windows XP as my OS.

I just downloaded maji koi s from the sight but i keep getting the config error when placing the install location/program files. Please help me get past it

I'm not sure if it's just me but After fighting the ninja Kaede, when you go and talk to her, after a few lines the game crashes. Then there was that crash at the arena in the beginning, i forgot which mode was it dual or savior but one of them but the thing with the ninja...Does anyone know a fix or way around it and keep it from crashing?

I apologize for this post, Just a few minutes ago I finally realized what I needed to do. Kind of forgot that having the game mounted with daemon tools lite serves for the 'dvd' deal and well, disabled the voice and started the game up via the utaware-dvd exe and got past the problem part, re-installed the voice patch and resumed where I was. I'm really sorry for this. I was so depressed and such over not being able to continue such an amazing game that I overlooked the obvious. =(

There's a problem/bug I need help with. After Hakuoro becomes emperor, sometime afterwords when you go to Yuzuha's room, they go on about nicknames and as soon as Aruruw suggests a nickname for her sister, an error pops up and closes the game. How do you fix it? I can't seem to get past it..... I've read some of the comments on it's download page like where one says 'pressing and holding 'Ctrl' to skip the scenerio' I did that but it still crashed. And then the admin said above it to temporarily disable the voice patch and activate it again afterwords but how do you disable the patch and play without it and then activate it again? Since the 'utaware-dvd' exe won't start up the game since it says it 'cannot find the disc' or whatever. How do you disable it, open the game outside of the 'Utaware-voice' app and such? Would you need to re-install the patch and/or game? Please help =(

Just curious, but has the Oni ChiChi game been translated at all? Liked the hentai anime series of it and saw that it was adapted from an eroge so wasn't sure if it was translated or if a translation of it was ever attempted.

Sorry again, having another noob moment here. Well, the patch comes with the the dejavu,gameex,realive-patch, etc but it also comes with an 'G00' file. Those files get placed inside the one that's already there, right? Reason I asked because there was a similar named file(s) in it (albeit lowercased) and wasn't sure if I should overwrite it. And considering that G00 file is 15 mb as opposed to the 280 or so mb of the one already there....don't think I should be overwriting that one lol. D;

Thank you, that was a big help. I was totally confused. Do you have any idea what the 'name' thing on the title screen is for? Everytime I click on it, the game shuts down. Does the patch fix that? I read the 'Clannad – Installation guide/Error troubleshooting' thing when dling the game and replaced the 4 files listed in the last ss on there but I'm guessing all the files (not just those) need to be replaced? Was confused there. on the front page was the 'patch' tab and on the 'Clannad – Installation guide/Error troubleshooting' it had its own files there, but the size was less then the patch. So I wasn't sure which one to dl. Wasn't sure if one was an old patch and if one was a new patch. D;

So that happens when you finish a specific route? It goes back to the title screen? So I'm guessing you can't play multiple routes or have multiple things going on, eh? Like if you go the nagisa romance, it must be strictly nagisa? And If you choose the tomoyo one, ignore all and focus on that one? How many different routes are in Clannad? After you complete one, you just select new game and go a different route? If you do this, will the 'imaginary world' continue or show something new? So far it hasn't shown anything new. Though, after deciding to show interest in the tomoyo thing, it allowed me to have a 2nd scene with kitomi. Sorry for all the questions, I'm just confused. I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this...but wanted to ask some help regarding the Clannad VN. I was wondering, but why does it end after the Fuko thing resolves? Like it doesn’t show Kyoukos wedding or anything, just that after they finally forgot her and him and nagisa were holding hands, it goes back to the title screen. Do you have to play through it, picking different options or whatever, to see the rest of it or something? (unlocking routes and such) Cause it just doesn’t make sense…Don't sure if its the game or I did something wrong. D; I should probably note that I'm a noob to visual novels (if it isn't obvious). I know of routes and whatever but it seems like how to unlock or play certain ones are different in some games.
