How do you play the append story, nothing happens when i press the button and i want to play the yuka cure route.

I am having a little problem with sound at the moment, it was running fine the first few times but now i have no voice BGM or sound effects. I tried uninstall and re-install but still get nothing. Where is the games saved files stored i want to try deleting that as well before re-installing.
