I downloaded from multiple sources and it won't open. Does anyone know what I can do?

all the DL links aren't loading in my PC(tried multiple different browsers and multiple different games) even though downloadani.me itself loads normally. Additionally my phone that is connected through wifi(using the same router) loads the DL link properly. Can anybody help me with this predicament?

i Cant load a whole game at once, i can only download 200 meg at a time. Is there something different or special you need to do??? I downloaded sweet young bride in two parts and i cant get it to work. Thanks in advance

VNDB says Kuroinu have ''Multiple Endings'' , how to get these endings? It's like in Euphoria , you have to select the same heroine until the end? and since the game is splitted in chapters is even possible reach an ending in Chp 1? this sounds stupid, I know.
