Premiere visual novel studio Nitroplus presents a new game in their line of uncensored English-language releases produced in partnership with JAST USA: Hanachirasu

 

In an alternate version of history, World War II ended not via nuclear strike, but after a slow land war and occupation of Japan's northern and southern islands. Years later, violent uprisings on the main island of Honshu led to the establishment of martial law and the banning of all firearms. In the 21st century, the sword is the weapon of highest power in an isolated, corrupt Tokyo. You portray master swordsman Takeda Akane, a young man driven by the desire to confront his rival in this dystopia no matter what the cost. A brilliant "sword opera" from writer Narahara Ittetsu.

If you already read it, I think there is no special reason to read it again. The JAST version seems to be the same as the fan translated one.

Yes, it's almost identical (which is especially funny, considering they waited years, after obtaining license, to release it.)

The biggest difference is the uncensoring of hentai scenes.
