Plz help

I downloaded walkure romanz extract the part 1 file installed custom font and then run walkure romanz first showed me  this

Then selected the recommended options (directdraw or bitbit) then it shows this

If those are images, please change the sharing permissions or upload them to Imgur or similar sites that don't require logging in to view. 

I also don't think you can just extract part 1 and run/install anything off of that. Download all parts, then open and extract one of the .rar files and run/install. 

 

Another troubleshooting step is try changing your computer to Japanese locale, or use a locale emulator. Both of which you can search online for how.
