to add to the list : hanachirasu, swan song, steins gate, kanon, planetarian. Meh, almost every good vn i have read, have emotional scenes.

 

I must confess, i have never cried while reading a vn,film, book. The only time i cried was when watching a certain indian film called "taree zameen par" when i was really young. So whenever i see these things, or comments in youtube "I cried" i feel distanced. I do feel sad though, i felt empty and forlorn during the G senjou and muv luv alternative endings. However, vn's like clannad or kanon just don't click with me.

So far there have been 1 series and 1 VN that have really made me cry: Clannad after story (episode 18 to be precise) and Ever17 true route (Tsugumi route was pretty close but not quite enough.) Other VNs that were pretty close: Edelweiss, Narcissu and Kira Kira (Kirari route)
