But i only can find BGM,the one with no one singing. That list of albums is but a fraction of the Touhou music the doujin scene has churned out over the years. Now do an advanced search with the following parameters... game -- Touhou, Hisouten, Scarlet, Weather, Rhapsody anyfield -- wonderful, heaven classification -- Arrangement, Vocal sort by album titles... for a list of albums that probably have vocal arranges of Wonderful Heaven on them. It won't let me link directly to the search results, sorry. Because Tenshi's theme isn't very popular at least you only have to hunt down 122 albums.
