Not really - the original designs are definitely borrowed from the different boards mascots but the characters themselves are just girls (with some dark secrets as always maybe). No epic memes either from what I've heard. According to vndb, everlasting summer came out yesterday or the day before but on the developers blog, I can only find the Russian version. (Lupiesoft also did a successful kickstarter for Dizzy Heart, a all-ages VN due for release on Steam via Sekai Project later this year.) Seems there's already a topic about the game in the general discussion section of the forums too.
