Clannad Fuko route

hi i´m about to finshed Clannad only Fuku, Toshio and Nagias Route are unclear. So i wanted to ask what excalty is the different betwine Fuko True Ending and good ending. i only know that you lose one of the light when you play fukos route or make her wish true, depents it from the "Fuko" route you choses ?

From what I remember, the only difference is [spoiler=Clannad]the last scene. In the good end she is your friend, while in the true end, she becomes your girlfriend.
