Sorry if this isn't the right area... you open a link and choose the free download button, write the correct captcha and after 120 second you can start the download, it won't go any faster than 250kb/s in a good day with a free account, you could always buy downloadami premium account if you want to download it faster, and no, this site doesn't use torrents.
