Edit: Since I was in a good mood, I decided to look it up ... And managed to find a working link for it: Download file Tactics_Elemental_1.4___DLC.rar ... Though I can't grab it now, my usual rapidgator leecher sites are dried up so I can't download it myself to share it elsewhere ... if you can find a good leecher/cbox site, you might be able to grab it ... the ones I tried so far are too limited with file size allowed so I can't grab it xD ... If you really want it, try to find a good leecher site, if my sources get replenished I might grab it myself.
