Anyone Watched Gintama Episode 248?

I watched this episode a few week ago, and i having problem to understand the ending part. After Taizo Hasegawa(madao) win the competition and then he pass those money to the lone shake

Then they reply and say something, and cause Hasegawa show a shocking face.

Just what are they saying ?

Madao won like 10mil or something? and then when he paid them back, they said "Good luck paying us back the other 100mil" or something along the lines, as in O_O another 10 episodes of him spitting out blood 2 pay them off
