UP key isn't working on keyboard at all and no way to change controls. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Good day! I copied the 9 zip files of the game to my pc and ran the program. At the select screen I noticed the UP key on my keyboard isn't working for some reason. I've already confirmed its not my keyboard because it does the same thing on others. I've even tried patching but no successful patches have resolved the issue. Was curious if this was a problem with anyone else?

A little more information might be helpful. What VN are you trying to play. Which selection screen? Is it something in game, or are you talking about what ever archive extractor you are using to to extract the .rar files?
