how could I get file soundserver.dll

I'm having trouble accessing 2 routes wandering if anyone can assist me please Yuka's cure and Izumi route before you ask yes I have completed all routes except these two Now also a side note for yuka's cure I read something about using apend game option. I click on it and it does nothing I am starting to wondering if I make have a missing file in my game or something. I can screen cap a picture of files in folder in hopes someone could help me out I loved the game so far.
