    I don't think it's realistic to consider the possibility of Steam allow +18 games. Valve is just saying what people want to hear to calm things down. Nothing has changed imo. Publishers will continue to release All-ages VNs on Steam and people will complain about that. (and rightly so!) Same Song & Dance

    I bet you can find even more disturbing and bizarre things than 「Hajimate no Okaa-san」in doujinshi on the internet. Besides , I wonder if you know Dustmania Grotesque ~Kaitai Sounyuu Shinsho~ , the way I see it , this one is even worse than Hajimate no Okaa-san. But I guess this discussion is over?! xD

Allow me to make the most basically recommendations: Kara no Shoujo Ever17 -The Out of Infinity- Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Cartagra ~Tsuki kurui no Yamai~ These are the best Mystery visual novels I can imagine , I've played all these titles and if you're a mystery fan you will not be disappointed.
