Found a walk-through for the harem route: SweetHome ?H????????????? ?? It's in Japanese so you need to translate it but that is easy enough to do with google chrome or a firefox addon (not sure about microsoft edge).

Make sure you download the patch. The game kept freezing on me and the patch fixed it right up.
