I have 14 (Almost 15) years and I´ve been reading eroges since my 12 years, I have an interest in programming and computers.

I could say that this is like asking when did people start translating games (not visual novels).

Answering anyways. You could simply go to vndb and add filters for english as languages and japanese as original language and get what you wanted to know. It doesn't matter if it was an oficial release, it is STILL translating a visual novel

He's from Thailand IIRC and not a native English speaker so that explain it. But any awkward English can be fixed by editor and QC. A poor or mistranslation on the other hand... Well, a TLChecker could amend that, but I heard they currently don't have anyone to fill that position.

 

There isn't any patch released yet to judge the quality, so I'm just gonna wait and see.

Finished Hozuki's chapter in Sharin no Kuni's FD. It was really awesome, accompanied with Godmoto Norio's voice at the end.

So I finished the Hozuki's chapter, but, although many people say the other epilogues are as bad as ever, I still will TRY to read em... Well, that's the problem. For a weird reason, after this said chapter, the other epilogues don't appear in my game <.>

His English sounds really off, so a patch made by him wouldn't be so good anyways.

I knew about VN/eroge from anime, so when I first found out ED/EG, I played shuffle, then Hoshimemo
