Lately releases from Mangafox and JAST are coming out with uncensored H scenes. To me it seems really clumsily done and I can't really enjoy them. Is there a way to replace uncensored CGs with censored ones?

It's not always right. For example Chaos;Head would be a lot worse if the protagonist was not voiced because atmosphere of the game would not be as depressing as it should be.
