I need help I download this game and it talk about product ID what they mean and whats the ID

I have some questions! Did steam used to have school day hq? If they did,why they took it off? Do anybody know? Do you think its a good idea to put school days hq back on steam? I think its a wonderful idea :3

Can anyone help? When i start playing School Days HQ it pops up with a black screen I here music playing in the background, and then whenever i tried exiting out it just stay up and running can exit out or nothing and only thing i can to closes it is by rstarting my laptop so can anyone help i really wanna play this game.

Where do I find the prouct ID sorry is this a noob question.
