Honorifics don't exist in the English language, so dropping them in translations is a sound decision. It is really awkward to see honorifics in english translated texts, and can be confusing to people who have no idea how they work at all. The most common ones like san/senpai/chan might not cause confusion to your average anime watcher but what about unusual ones? like dono, ue, tan, bo, shi etc. would you still want them in your translation? You have to localize some things to make it less awkward in the target language, the only way you will get the 'original experience' is by learning Japanese and reading the game untranslated.
They are fine, in this day and age its rather easy to use the internet and look it up. The whole point many people read VN is because the cultural difference makes it look more interesting then what we usually get in the west. Westernizing VNs is a meh thing, then you may as well just switch to reading English original ones.

Sekai is lazy so they use it for sure, as said above they just edit them a bit so they dont get into trouble. And yes with censored I mean no 18+ version.

For me personally the worst thing is that they killed Aroduc one of the best fan translators we had by stealing his script for Baldr Sky. And now not only does it mean that we have to wait a long time for it but everything is implying that it's going to be a censored only version as well.
And they will never get their shit together because the whole point of that company is to scam everyone out of their money for as long as they can.

That is completely wrong, Sekai likes to take credit for making VNs more popular but that is a lie. They used to be a fan translation group and only started doing things officially after they saw that VNs are getting popular.
Sekai even claims that they were the first ones to bring VNs to Steam which is also a lie, if you check Steam you can see that MG was the first with Jap VNs and even before that English original VNs had made it to Steam.
So ye only thing that Sekai did was steal licenses and deliver a lesser quality product then MG and JAST would have done.
And this is not going to the extremes, they literately have done a single thing right since the day they turned into a company, even to this day some people still haven't gotten their Kickstarter rewards for Sekais first projects.

In case you need any consolation, apparently even Sekai employee was started to dislike Dovac and also from what I'd heard he was demoted from CEO. To be fair, the Discord was supposed to be private matter because you must get the invitation to enter there, but still if the janitor write that comment it could affected the user who was invited and therefore might felt that the company did have some nasty secret - also incompetent as well. By the way, the name of the janitor who wrote that statement was Dovac, so it's not surprising when he react like that lol.
Sekai hires like minded people, most if not all of them think the same way as Dovac. They are a bad company there is no way around that.

It was confirmed that they stole Seiha files, Doddler gave it to them without Aroducs permission. And they do scam people on purpose, they just pretend that it was a "screw-up" or as they do more often just blame the devs to make themselves look good.

I bet that sooner or later we'll get the answer in regard of Miagete H scenes translation. If so then good luck to whoever will attempt that.
About Sekai, usually they was quite slow in regard of hardcopy production, which usually they promised will be quickly released. Also there's another blunder from them namely that their releases still have some untranslated text, and apparently there's no effort to address that issue yet. That's all what I could say in regard of Sekai for now. Oh, and they also usually took fan teanslated project in the past, including Saku Saku.
Never forget Baldr Sky, not only did they steal the translation for it (took it without permission) they are also censoring it.
