That was my first thought as well. Updating my graphics drivers didn't help, though, and according to the diagnostics, both DirectX in general and DirectDraw Acceleration in particular are working fine.

I'm having a problem with the game that I haven't seen in this thread yet. I have Windows 7, JP region. I've run the crack and remove.bat, and disabled DEP for both the crack and the .exe file. Every time I try to start the game, this error message pops up: I'm at a loss.
