Hola men! bienvenido, lo que pasa es que tenes que poner el Lenguaje No Unicode de tu PC en japones para que no salga ese error.

Si es que no encontras el idioma para seleccionarlo, tenes que instalarlo desde tu DVD de instalacion de Windows.

That's... strange, are you sure you still have none? because i deleted all those (every one, every one including old ones of the 2 days ago update) and it works really good
