PS, there was a "data.iso" file extracted with the Melty Blood Actress Again.exe installation, which mounted as MeltyBlood_AA or something, but it was not the Japanese disk which the English patch was looking for.

Where are you guys finding an ISO file? I downloaded through the multi-file link and the RAR only contained an EXE file called Melty Blood Actress Again.exe, which has its own English installation, which I assume is the emulator. Obviously using the MBAACC_English_v0.52_mirror_moon_.exe patch won't do anything since there is no ISO to mount. When I run the Melty Blood Actress Again.exe file it says it installs the game but then when I run it it asks for Memory Cards, then it gives some sort of Memory Card related error. I really don't know anything about PS2 games or emulators, so I have no id
