You can easily understand on how it should be possible by using some basic math, but I figure that it's more trouble than it's worth to explain it here so whatever.

Fixed and thanks for pointing the mistake. For Ginharu it's not foul because it's possible that each script files contain different number of lines and thus affecting the percentage, and it should be noted that both Trip and new translator use different method of counting the progress. For the info initially I thought that I'd track Mizuha's progress by percentage, but after seeing that Tsukikana (Same developer as Ginharu) script files have different line count in each of the files I decided to track her route by using the script file count. Sorry for the late answer. Anyway as much as I want to see it in the near future, there's still some progress left, namely programming (Which sometimes involving porting it to the new engine, although Secret Agent here is not doing it), QA, waiting for Valve's review (Which as we know can be quite random when it come to ban), and finally the release. So yeah there's still some waiting for it. But if anything else, at least there's no extensive upscaling work like at Sakura Sakura.

Somehow I managed to mix it up without realized it, so my bad. And yes I already fixed it. In regard of Pure Pure, it's quite confusing because VNDB is just add it as completed while actually it's more like Yosuga no Sora case. So I decided to just revert it after see the update of it on 4chan, and by the way the team was in need of the editor because their editor left the team from what I understand.

It's been written like that at the official site (68/139 translated), although 4chan did write that it has 141 scripts file. That said though, the official site here is the closer one to the truth so I'll just keep it as 139 script files from now on.
