To elaborate more, it was translated by Daybreak Translation (Akagoei and Onee-can no Yuuwaku translator) who've been working together with Irru. Also yes Clover Days build was rejected by Valve, which is too bad for that to be happen here. Here's hoping that Nekonyan here will find a way to get around the obstacle.

Well I'm aware of that, although it's officially localized by Sol Press and currently they've been banned from running the business because of tax evasion matter. Even if they didn't get the ban, it's doubtful that Sol Press can continuing this seeing that they still the new staffs to work on Himawari no Kioku here.
