"dummy cut" means that there was additional data on game DVD that isn't needed to run the game/ is unrelated to the game and it got removed in pirated release - For example it might be promo trailers for other games from same company, or just random data to piss pirates off and make them download more. Assuming it's properly tagged as it, yes, it's full version. Quote
