Playing VNs on tablets from PCs

Saw a discussion on how someone was able to do it with their Android tablet to play VNs they loaded on a Windows PC.

(Alternative to Steam Deck, which also doesn't allow most 18+ patches/VNs anyway)

I remember bringing my tablet to high school and play Noble Works there lol. Good times.
