However, it would still take a chunk out of my server time and cost me about 50$ worth of data. I can do it and I don't mind, but it would be a huge help if someone found one before then. I am happy to be a last resort though. My guess is that I'll torrent from Sunday afternoon until Monday night next week, but that may get cut short if it starts cutting into my server costs too much. If compression failed it did so without notifying me.... the only thing coming to mind the the 3 files in the directory that have Japanese text in them, but short of starting a new torrent there's not much I can think of to test that. Can you open the file and see what's in there? (something like extracting with winzip and having it 'keep broken files)? Knowing what's holding out might help. I'm not sure what happened, but this is the file straight from the game. Fun fact: PeasSoft didn't actually include all the voice files; there's a rather important line at the end of Mirai's path that's outright missing (and a few more that the TL had to blend into the surrounding lines). I know that this works, so I shouldn't need to seed for your guys next weekend if you guys have no problem with this. Also for the record, if that's not the case, my copy is DIRECTLY ripped from the CD. I'm holding it in my hand as I type. If you HAPPEN to have a unicode editor, change the last "%" to a "&", and it should make the file work. Granted, liek mentioned before, it is still missing some data, so it won't be perfect, but at least it will work. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PROPER UNICODE EDITOR. But for future reference, some things: 1) I am extremely good at repairing files that are "incomplete" or corrupt, so if you have a file from a specific game, I'll download it and try to find a repair for you. 99.9% of the time it's NOT because data is missing, but because the unicode at the end of the lines of hex near the end of the coding is screwed up by computer formatting. Granted, if this is NOT the case, there are actually easier-to-fix things it could be as well. 2) My buddy that I said had a copy of the disk is an extremely avid collector of almost every VN ever released. He has a library consisting of well over 400 visual novels dating back to the 90's. He can read/speak Japanese, so some of them never got translations for him to play obviously, but he has allowed me to rip his CDs to give you guys torrents if you want them in the future. For the record, he has a LOT of Black Lillith/Lillith stuff. Link to post Share on other sites
