desi 53 Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 FAQ | Eroge Download Just start by switching your locale to Jap (Japanese support) Have winrar or 7zip downloaded Have daemon tools downloaded Download all the parts to the VN you want to play Right click on part 1 and extract Using Daemon tools, mount the .iso file and install the game Use the English patch to play the game These steps don't really pertain to all the VNs out there. There are some that are going to be prepatched (in this case, you can skip the .iso file step) There are also other special installation cases out there, but usually there are instructions out there if they require more than basic steps. hyromaru 29 Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 After you installed winrar/7zip and deamon tools lite and you downloaded all the parts right mouse click on erogename1.rar and click extract with the winrar/7zip logo. After that a folder will appear, go into it and there should be some files. this can be an .exe or .iso. If there is a .exe file run it and it will install If there is a .iso double click it and it will get mounted. If it is mounted navigate to your cd drive folder probably(I) and run the .exe in there Link to post Share on other sites

Add the game folder to exception list or something. You might want to send the .exe file itself to your antivirus vendor so that they can verify it and update their databases (all games here are manually checked before getting posted and contain no malware.)
