Can someone tell me what this error message says?

Im getting the same error message when playing some games. It already happened while playing Battle Goddess ZERO and Rings of King Sankai.

Can someone tell me what it says?

ermmm not sure if this will help but, since its eushully game... you might give this a shot..

 

i got the same error when i played on of their game called 'kamidori alchemy maester'.

i got that when i followed all instructions perfectly and have installed piap locale

it turns out that, it still needed to manually set my japanese locale to japan because piap locale 'run as japanese admin' dont work..

I already had the system locale set to japanese when the problem started. ;(

The first paragraph of the error says something like this:

"The data is corrupted/broken. Please re-install the program."

 

The rest of the error explain the effect of choosing "yes" or "no" to the program... But I do not know the exact things it gonna do (don't know those kanji too well... sorry)
