What he probably wanted to say is that he believes that your ISP might be blocking downloadani.me ... Which by the way, I don't believe, cause that would be the first time I'd hear some country's ISP is blocking that particular site (it's not an interesting target for anti-piracy efforts so I don't see why would they block it) ... Though, you could try using a VPN like ZenMate (you can install it as an addon for a browser) and test accessing the website with it ... If it works with VPN then it means your ISP is blocking downloadani.me Quote
