It's a mix of two factors. First, Steam changed their policies regarding adult games, which allowed many indie titles, who used to be contained to niche sites like itch.io, to reach wider audience. This opportunity also induced more studios to create adult games in first place. Second, I decided to expand the scope of site to include wider range of games - I used to be very selective with games I posted, which catalogue pretty much limited to large releases from 3 or 4 publishers and fantranslation projects, but I want to give those "smaller" games a chance - I'm still in kind of testing phase and determining what will or won't be posted - I want to find a kind of balance between wide variety of available games on one hand, and not flooding frontpage with crappy, low-effort titles. Currently, the plan is to have https://erogedownload.com/ as more "curated" catalogue, more or less the same as before, and https://erogegames.com/ more "inclusive" - even if average quality of games will drop, there are higher chances that you find something that's just perfect for you.
