The Edelweiss upload from here doesn't work with Hybridweiss. I downloaded it two months ago and it had the exact same error. Unfortunately the upload from vn-meido which did work has been taken down.

From memory you get the Quest really early on, even though you can't complete it until later (the prerequisites to get the quest are only: NG+, Act 1). What I listed before was the completion requirements.

See: Quests - Kamidori Wiki. I'm guessing you mean Quest #084 (since this is the one that opens the new areas in Yuidora Mine). Requirements for it are: 'Wilfred level 50, Recruit Aht, Suina, Crayl, Uya, and Melodiana'. You have to go out and recruit them again in your current playthrough (so they don't show as "Clone" units) before you'll finish the quest.

Huh, I honestly didn't notice that there was a translation patch out for it already. Might try it if I finish my backlog of VNs before it releases.

After poking around a bit: Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire That folder (from vn-meido) has the game + crack + Hybridweiss files. Just download it, unzip it, extract the Hybridweiss files to the Edelweiss installation directory, and then copy the crack over. It should work fine.
