  1. The right I mention belongs to everyone by virtue of being born until they do something that forfeits it. The fact of the matter is I should not have had to spell that out. Every thinking person should know that by default. As to "not how the world works", whose fault is that? The world's fault or the fault of the people who live in the world? Most, I grant not all, of society's problems would go away if every body adopted a policy of "You leave me alone, I'll leave you alone." Technically, I could argue the "world", not the people who live in the world, DOES work that way. The world is completely unbiased. When natural disasters strike, the world doesn't target any one in specific. It doesn't care if people are there or not. The natural disaster happens anyways. The "world" is respecting the rights of people not to be deliberately insulted.
  2. Kinda missed the point with my critique of reporters in the video. I was using the video as an example of how the press usually twists things to a certain perspective and to hell with the truth. I was not trying to prove the vote was or was not rigged. I might also be overly paranoid the of the press and that was a completely unbiased objective report. My purpose was to point out that they needed to provide additional context to their claims so as to prove they are being honest, else everything I said about the report being heavily skewed and biased could be true.
  3. I'll throw in one more. The reporters themselves in the second video. (I didn't watch the first video so no comment there.) Keep in mind while reading the following I am critiquing the reporter(s) in the second video above. I am making no claims one way or the other as to whether or not the vote was rigged. I do not deny the footage of the vote tampering but the report is missing a few pieces of critical information to make it a "reliable news source". 1. How many votes was that person responsible for counting. 2. How many votes total were collected. 3. How many facilities where collecting votes. 4. How many of the facilities had people caught tampering with the votes. We have two instances of confirmed tampering. The one with the vote counter, and the other with the person actually filling out vote forms. Two out of how many? Two out of Ten? Thirty? Three hundred? It may not even be a full one percent. That does not count as a rigged election, just two disgruntled individuals who are committing a crime. As far as the stacks of votes, only two were discernible in that footage. Even assuming those rubber banded groupings were all "Yes"es, no system is perfect and fool proof. (R&D Motto : You make it idiot proof, we'll make a better idiot!) That could have just been good old fashioned benign human error. With out those facts, I can only conclude that video is sensationalism to generate more viewers (and therefore, more profit), sensationalism to stir the pot because the guy is a jack ass, or somebody with their own agenda trying to distort fact to fiction to serve his own purposes. There might be other possibilities as well but I can't think of them. (As a side note, before the videos with in the video [i.e. the camcorder footage and the broad cast news footage, not the video above] was ever used in a court of law, I believe it should be tested by a neutral third party for potential digital manipulation. I'm not saying it was manipulated, just that in this day and age, it's not that hard for somebody with the right know how.)
  4. You don't even have to look that far. This example was taken right from this forum.
  5. (I do not know why the picture is not displaying. It does when I hit "Preview" before actually posting. For those who do not like clicking on links in forums, the picture in question can be found on the sixth post of page one of this thread.) While it's true that: 1. Every person has a right to an opinion (on a side note: an opinion derived from objective fact, not mass-media sensationalism, bigotry, etc.) 2. A second person finding the first person's opinion offensive does not negate the first person's right to have their opinion. It's also, most importantly, true that: 3. No body has the right to deliberately express their opinion in the hearing of those who find that opinion offensive for the sole purpose of offending those people and no other reason. 4. Calling somebody an insulting name for the sole purpose of being insulting after being (POLITELY) asked to stop (MULTIPLE TIMES) has nothing to do with having an opinion so Stephan Fry's quote (the speaker in the picture for those who don't realize who I'm talking about) has nothing to do with this. Your argument is specious.
  6. The only thing I "want" is a return of the curtsey I've shown EVERYONE on this forum for as long as I can remember. I Have NEVER been deliberately rude for the purpose of bothering somebody else and if I have ever accidentally offended someone, I quickly apologize as soon as it is pointed out to me. I'm sorry you feel being polite does not apply to the internet. Unlike privileges, which must be earned, not being deliberately insulted is a fundamental right to all people that can only be lost by deliberately insulting others who have not already lost this right. The fact that I'm in front of a computer does not change the fact I am a person. As I am a person and have not deliberately insulted anyone who still possesses their right to not be deliberately insulted, I still posses the right to not be deliberately insulted.
  7. Alfadios, rahrah, as you are not Pasa, you shouldn't be selecting that option.
  8. Minor error of "you/they" in first post. Now corrected.
  9. If some one politely asks you to stop doing something they find offensive and rude multiple times and you don't stop, does that make you a jack ass?

    Kichikuou Rance

Go away for a few days a new game shows up behind my back. Based on the previous post, this game first showed up no later then 9/30/2014. I first noted this game on 10/2/2014.

    Imouto Paradise!

First Noted on this site as of 8/27/14. (Not to late past midnight local time so you could argue 8/26/14)
  12. Based on your theory, I still won't get to the good part of the game, because games that involve rape (character back story not withstanding) have no "good part of the game". Disclaimer: Though the existence of these GAMES don't bother me, though I have no interest in them, anyone who believes that a balanced rape:save ratio in real life constitutes anything other than 0 rape: infinite save should be castrated, forced to eat castrated parts, and then tortured to death over the next 100 years in the most painful ways imaginable. If you think that sounds excessively harsh, keep in mind murder victims don't have to live with the consequences of what happened to them. Those who suffer rape do.
  13. Finally, an ally! This also seems true of princesses in fantasy worlds. Whether it's a pure maiden or hardened warrior, is it really so wrong to want to see them saved from such a fate before it happens? It makes sense that they get captured or in some sort of trouble (or else there's no plot line) but, call me a sentimental romantic, I would like to rescue them BEFORE worse comes to worst.
  14. Okay. This is just weird. I posted a comment asking how to pronounce "Coμ" several hours ago and now it's not here. (Found the answer in game, btw). Where did it go? I'm not seeing a page two button for the comments either. If it spontaneously show up after I post this message, I'm going to be thoroughly annoyed.
  15. @Hyromaru Except it is the actual games .exe file that AVG is choking on, not the patch file and I didn't apply a crack. Presumably, if I bought the actual game disc, AVG would still be throwing a hissy-fit. Regardless, thanks for the help, and I did find the exceptions option. I did it once before for swan song, just couldn't remember how, right away.
  16. My anti-virus software, AVG, is throwing a full scale hissy-fit tempertantrum over the main .exe file, I think it was comu.exe. (Have the game uninstalled for convenience while I figure out how to get AVG to ignore the file, so I don't rember it's exact name.) Something about Identity theft hazard. Ivan, assuming you didn't buy, image, and upload your own legitimate copy, are you sure you didn't inadvertently pick up a virus-infected version?
