Keep in mind you have to play on at least normal to get the good end. Also you need to have Anna in combat with the last boss for the good ending.

Do you have drm.bat in the game folder? I think you need to run it from the folder containing the game folder. Is this what drm.bat is supposed to fix?

I'm not sure about the anime. Was a 3rd season ever confirmed? The manga is still going and the last release was on 1/13/13 so it still seems to be active. If you haven't seen an update its probably because you're using an online reader that is more respectful of the scanlators wishes than most. A-team who is scanlating it doesn't want their releases on online readers... which doesn't mean they aren't there. If you want to download it from A-team here's the site.
