But errrr, that just can't be right. I downloaded it today myself, ran the 1-4 game and nothing is unlocked - as it should be. So that doesn't make any sense. Scenario jump mode shouldn't be available for Onikakushi either.

You didn't go to the Extras menu and unlock stuff with the "Unlock Previous Chapters" did you?

Whatever the case: deleting the "BGI.gdb" file in the game folder will remove all unlocks and options. You could do that.
