Ya, it does that. And of course they made sure to justify it by having it "exchange magic power". My expectations for it were a little higher, but apparently the second half drops a lot of the humor and the story gets more engaging.

A buddy and I are playing Demonbane at the same time. I didn't have much knowledge of it when I first started so the humor and such really caught me off guard, but I'm at the beginning of Chapter 11 and its kicked things up quite a bit while dropping a lot of the tongue-in-cheek that was flooding it in the beginning.

I'm really hoping Muramasa gets released. I've been interested in it for a while now. I'm currently playing Demonbane as it comes off a bit like the spiritual predecessor to Muramasa. Which isn't all that much of a surprise. Really appreciate you doing this Status thread every week, Ryu. Makes it far easier for myself and many others to keep up to date.

Hoshimemo was the last one for me. I scored it lower than most, as I lost a lot of interest by the end of the common route. *** route was more entertaining than the others but it still wasn't quite what I hoped for. I actually thought I was going to enjoy it more than I did. Only one route had any kind of real satisfaction, and it was only mild at best.
