I don't think a simple donation pool would be enough. Keep in mind the game was released in the east a while back, longer than translation has been going on. As a game designer, I can accurately inform you that is a project goes poorly, they drop it and move the hell on. Buried and dead, unless by some miracle a private investor randomly dumps thousands back onto the project. Multiple tens of thousands.

I did some research on the marketing for the game overseas, it's mostly because the sales didn't go as well on the east side. It made less than their previous releases, so it didn't get as much publicity. There may be a few people around here that know it well, but many of the users over there never got into it I guess.

Anyone know if there are any VNs that revolve around heavy/screamo/death metal? I know it's really strange, but was wondering if there was one. I want to see if I can find one for my little brother's birthday.

Shinigami no Kiss wa Wakare no Aji looks interesting. Going to give it a shot in hopes of something like Koihime Musou (which I'm still waiting for Shin to be translated >_>) XD

There is a chance that Moe-Moe from the Maman/HaraPara translations will pick up Majikoi S, I'm speaking with their editor about it over email.

I have seen that too, but I didn't really group it with the same type of video. I know it's the same genre, but the FEEL and tone of the series was different, way more upbeat. Lamune and the others I mentioned were very solemn, almost upright. Great shows, but they lacked the impersonality of Hoshizora.

Wait is there a VN for that? I love the anime! I watched it when it first aired, the only other like it I've ever found is Yoake Mae, and Myself; Yourself.

Hey so I'm having issues with Maman. I get the thing fully installed and running, but it says my license key does not match my disk. i've tried several different downloads and installations, through both .mds/f and .iso, but the keys provided for every copy I find are all the same one, which does not work. is there a way to bypass the key input? Or is there a working key? EDIT Nevermind, I took a looksie at the coding and removed the partition to start the profile checker. Worked great after that. Disregard.

Also probably in incredibly stupid question, but what are the two (maybe 1? idk) VNs in the image at the top of the first post? I don't recognize them.

I like a lot of the early 2000's games personally, Trabulance is still one of my favorite companies, despite the low number of recent releases. Pick Me Honey got me started XD. Right now I am getting into Yoake Mae after finishing the anime about a year ago from now (I had a late start >_>)

First, @Seraphic, props for the Evangelion avatar +1 upvote. Second, Although this week wasn't as great, I'm sure there's some good stuff ahead with some new eroge. It's coming to the holiday season, so chaces are we'll see something good then. Third, At the 4th gym on Pokemon Y.

Really hoping for progress on Shin Koihime Musou (and of course Majikoi, but my hope is dwindling) and the finished project of Ataraxia. Until then, Pokemon X and Y it is.

In my heart I will NEVER move on, but could you guys recommend some similar ones for me? I've already ripped apart Koihime Musou, loved that too. I like long games with TONS of heroines. On that note, 10 is not tons, 20+ is tons. 30+ is better. I also like long stories (hence I'm waiting for Kamikaze Explorer to finish, as well as Shin KM). Also waiting for Yoake Mae, but that's a different case...

Got excited over Hatsuyuki Sakura last week, can't wait for further development on that. Also definitely waiting for news with Majikoi S and Shin Koihime Musou as well... about to finish my second palythrough on the first Musou, and desperately need news for the second XD On that note, I've been meaning to say it, but iLoveTsundere's avatar is priceless Love that. Where is it from exactly? I don't remember seeing it in the anime or the games...
