Well, i did install the english patch with no problems (no error box, just a warning box saying it wanted to change some files, i guess that wasn't important so i allowed it.) Since it had no errors, i thought the game would run normally this time, but these three boxes opened again after a few seconds loading to open the .exe: *sigh* Still don't like to think its my computer though, or windows 8, because another eroge i downloaded (but on torrent, full and already in english) worked pefectly fine, i wonder if i did it wrong... But again, i would thank alot someone that could install the game and see by yourself. Sorry for not replying yesterday, i passed the whole day reading manga and without internet....

But wich of the folders? i copy all files from the english patch and put them on the folder with the .rar or in the ''ViolatedHero3'' folder?

Did what you said, i chose the option ''extract here'' when selected all the 9 parts, i was afk for a few seconds from my computer and when i came back it was finished, i remember seeing only the part01 being extracted, but since there wasnt any asking for overwrite i guess i did everything ok. this is my situation on the folder right now: So, i copy all files from the english patch and put them on this folder or in the ''ViolatedHero3'' folder? I didnt even opened the game folder yet, i decided to hear carefully to your instructions.

Well, i extracted only the first .rar file, and clicked to run the .exe, this happened: Oh, and all the parts + the english patch are in one folder already: Argh, im getting worried, at first i thought it was my noobness, but maybe something really did go wrong? Maybe if VH3 doesn't work out, i'll try another game, becuase im dying knowing i can't play VH3, but so far, i still think something is wrong, and is not the game itself since i know people were able to play the game downloading it from the links i did. Again, if someone could install the game like i did, would be a huge help.

Thanks for the suggestion, i'll try both methods right away! The thing is, this english patch is quite different, its a zip folder, that comes with quite a few archives and a folder inside it (btw none of them asks to overwrite, theyre all new archives to the game), it has a readme of course (this is a copy/paste from the readme): I followed the instructions as i said, but in the middle of installation occured an error, but when i closed the error window the installation continued, again i cannot tell if thats normal or not. And my windows is 8 also, but again, i'm pretty sure that doesnt make a huge difference.

Hello everyone, first of all, the reason i'm writing this it's because i tried installing my first eroge on the site (actually second, but the other Eroge i downloaded was full and didn't need english patches, i dont had to do nothing, only download and click to play). I installed yesterday all 9 parts of Violated Hero 3, just to see if i could instlal one eroge right, plus the english patch, im pretty sure nothing went wrong so far, but my question is how to combine them into only one game? because when i try to extract, it says there are some stuff with the same names (11 If i'm not wrong.), and asked me if i wanted to overwrite the existing files, it asked me th same thing with all 9 parts, and in the end, tried putting the english patch (maybe i didnt get wrong, it appeared an error during the english patch installation but it seemed like it was finished), well, in the end, when i clicked the .exe, it appeared an error (the error box was full of ?'s and it said start up in the middle). Note that i already have the whole data, i just don't think i installed it right, i don't like to think it's my computer, i highly doubt it. I really want to know what i did wrong, and if you experienced with installing games like these i would appreciate your help. Oh, and if you can download the game just like the way i did and make it work properly and tell me how you did it, it would be more than helpful. Also, i really want to know if that english patch error during it's installing was my fault for not installing the game properly or if its normal. Sorry for my noobness, but i think theres no shame in asking for help, right? Hope i can sort this out, i'm really excited to play the eroge games from the site, and it kills me not to.

Hey guys, um im new here, and i wanted to know if it is difficult to download an eroge and put the english patch on it? If it is, could anyone explain it to me? Thanks~!
