Geeez I never thought about that there might be a config file to overwrite. I was like "okay how do I use this". Found the config file in appdata. Thx alot guys I really do feel kinda stupid now and sorry for wasting your time. ^^

Oh jeah I know where the savegames are, I already found them but they are ".sav" files and like I said the offered file is a .cfg thats the part I dont get. i expected a .sav file but got the .cfg file and dont know how to handle the file as a savegame. ^^

I can load it with no problem.

Okay maybe I wasnt clear enough. I found another readme and it basically says just overwrite the file in the main directory. And heres my problem there is no file called cfg.cfg. Same in the savegame folder. You cant execute .cfg files can you? The game has to read it or am I mistaken? Here a quote from the general thread in this forum: But I dont get a file called log I just get cfg.cfg maybe its my PC which is making a config file out of it? So I dont know what I am supposed to do with the file. Sorry if I just dont get it but this drives me crazy. ^^

Jeah tried that but its just a bunch of weird signs. Like I said I dont know what to do with a .cfg file. Normally I just copy the savegame in the save folder and thats it. ^^

Hey guys so I played the Routes I wanted to and thought about using a save game for the rest of the cg´s. So I tried the file thats offered in here: Problem is, it is a .cfg file and to be honest I have no clue what to do with this one. The readme doesn't help at all, so I would really appreciate it if any of you guys could tell what I have to do to make this work. Sorry if the question is kinda stupid but I never had to deal with .cfg files for savegames so jeah.

Okay if Issue #5 is caused by copying the game files of disc 2 instead of using the full installation I got another problem. Like I stated earlier if I run the installer it asks for disc 2 at some point so I mount disc 2 in the same virtual drive (also tried a different one) but after pressing ok on the "please insert disc 2" screen it immediately pops up again with "please insert disc 2" and I have no way to continue from there.

Had to copy the files manually cause the installation refused to accept the iso of disc 2 even if it was mounted.

Now thats odd the game doesn't even start (llittle black window pops up but nothing happens) with compability mode while choosing service pack 2. I tried different combinations aswell as check all like u suggested.

Hey guys so despite the freezing issue I get rare game crashes by pressing the save or load button ingame (seems totally random). Error is "Schooldays hq stopped working" and the game closes. Problem is if I restart the game every single one of my save files is unloadable, error is "Script version does not match" so basically I have to start from scratch over and over again or I could play without saving or loading but thats just not doable without a guide (I dont want to use one) at least not for me. So am I the only one with this issue or has anybody read something about this or maybe got a

Ouuuu I feel so stupid right now -____- jeah of course I have to start it via applocale it works perfectly fine now I didnt have much trouble with japanese games in the the past weeks and tbh I forgot about applocale ........ so everything is allright now so thx for the untrolled patch and thx for the help

Hey there I have done exactly what u said and tried both variants but everytime I start the game the black window pops up and I get this error message: C:\users\"myname"\Documents/FAVORITE/???????/save/s901.bin....after that there are like 10 weird signs any ideas what is causing the problem? I reinstalled the game several times and no matter what I do everytime I get the error from above any help would be appreciated
