I'm not sure my comment will get an answer, but I'll give it a try.

 

I enjoyed the game, and in the description it says that there are 4 clothing variations.

I only saw 3 (fully clothed, torn clothes and less clothes). 

Is there a trick to get, maybe a full naked variation ?
