Please follow these instructions:

To capture Chiri (pink haired girl) you need to be on the route for ending 3, so I'll start with that.

 

End 1: Speak to Ayafumi (the girl from the prologue) in the basement and choose to let the remaining girls go at any time.

End 2: Occurs when no prey is left in the hunting grounds.

End 3: The true ending which occurs if you successfully swallow everyone EXCEPT Miya and Maitori in one playthrough, and assimilate everyone possible.

 

To make all the girls appear and attain ending 3, you must be on at least your second playthrough and do the following.

 

1: Leave Rosa and Miya (the blonde girl in the wheelchair and her cheerful friend) alone until you see an additional event with them.

2: Attack them and attempt to swallow Miya (the one not in the wheelchair.) Rosa will push her out of the way and you'll get her instead.

3: Find Miya alone and fight her again, and Doris (the mercenary with a knife) will appear. Note that Miya will escape, it's not possible to get Miya and Doris in the same playthrough.

4: Defeat Nagi (the faceless male with Chiri) at least once. This can be on any playthrough.

5: Don't swallow Maitori. (The brown-haired girl with slightly spiky hair, middle left on the scene replay)

6: Assimilate Ayafumi on any playthrough. This should trigger an event to make Mahiro (the teacher) appear.

 

If conditions 4-6 are fulfilled, then after you've swallowed five girls Chiri, Nagi, and Maitori will move to the sakura road. Attack them there and Nagi will leave with Maitori, leaving Chiri unprotected. Swallowing Chiri will then trigger the last couple of girls, Suzuran and Arlu. However, Maitori will escape.

This game was quite enjoyable. Despite what it may seem like, it has a good storyline too. I do recommend playing this, whether you like lolis or not

I used cheat engine to give my monster infinite health. That's how I was able to clear them all. :-D

Excuse me guys but can someone help me please? i always get a blue screen when i launch the game and i don't know why T_T

This game is surprisingly touching! I kinda cried TT_TT

I am having trouble setting it up, it can't seem to launch. It gives me this blue screen and a syntax error most of the time, along with a tiny window with about three icons to press (No Clue what they do) and the Read Me from Rogue's page isn't very helpful...
