Well, as far as I know, Torotoro hasn't mentioned a release date. People are assuming it'll be released around September, but that's just guess work. After it is released rogue will need to translate it. He's fast but that'll still add on a few months. So basically, come back in half a year or so and ask then

No, not the doppelganger. Found out that it was Ilias from ch. 1 that only unlockable after 50 evaluations. I've done 80 evaluations, but it still locked.....

Wasn't changing the system locale to Japanese was actually optional ? I played the whole game in UK locale and it works fine, the only difference I got is in the saving slot's name that unreadable

The ??????? slot right under Gnome in monsterpedia from part 1. Yes, Ilias. 50 evaluation right ? It's still locked though I'm replaying it full course in part 2.....
